wanted to let you
know that your
product is awesome.
We have battled a
mouse in our grill
outside for months.
I've used spring
traps and sticky
traps, neither of
which did anything.
He literally left
foot prints on the
sticky traps.
The first night I
put the RatZapper
under the grill, we
got the mouse.
It turns out he was
a huge field mouse -
almost 12 inches
from nose to tail.
No wonder the sticky
traps didn't work.
Thankfully that's
the only mouse we've
had, but I leave my
RatZapper in the
grill at all times
just in case.

guess you truly did
"build a better
mouse trap."

Third-Party Purchases
If you have purchased your Rat Zapper through a source other than Rat Zapper S.A.(PTY) Ltd., you may need to coordinate the return with that supplier and according to their product return policy. Please make sure to review your suppliers return policy before making your purchase decision.
Returns
If through our troubleshooting efforts we determine that you need to return your Rat Zapper, we'll issue a goods return number (GRN) along with return instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for return shipments without a GRN number. No refunds will be given for goods returned without relevant proof of purchase and GRN numbers. |
