Returns
If through our troubleshooting efforts we determine that you need to return your Rat Zapper, we'll issue an GRA(goods return authorisation) along with return instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.

Refunds for products purchased from RatZapper.co.za, website for Ratzapper S.A. 
In the event that a refund is deemed necessary (proof of purchase is required) will gladly issue you a refund for the purchase price of the product less a 10% re-stocking charge. Shipping charges we incurred to have your Rat Zapper delivered to you (which we did not charge you for) will be deducted from your refund. 

Third-Party Purchases
If you have purchased your Rat Zapper through a source other than Ratzapper S.A., you may need to coordinate the refund with that source according to their product return policy. Please make sure to review the source's return policy before making your purchase decision.

Out of country / cross border purchases.

All prices on this website exclude 14% VAT, which, under South African law, must be paid on all purchase inside of South Africa. For orders placed for delivery or collection outside of South Africa, no VAT will be charged, however, goods must be collected by or delivered to a registered courier company. Courier fees will be charged seperately and must be paid before goods will be released. Please contact our sales office for further details.
